Meet Our Owner

Mary Pat has spent her career designing and delivering meetings and educational programs for small associations and nonprofits, and she understands how much rides on getting them right. Before launching this consulting practice, she served as CEO of a small association where she oversaw conferences, educational programs, and strategic initiatives—often with limited staff, tight timelines, and high expectations from members.

This work is rooted in collaboration. Mary Pat partners with organizations to plan thoughtful, well-run meetings and education that feel intentional, inclusive, and aligned with their mission. Her goal is to make the process clearer and more manageable, so teams can focus on serving their members while knowing their programs and events are in experienced, supportive hands.
